I had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with ********** estate agent, Barend Labuschagne who assisted us in signing a contract to buy property. During our 30 day period for financial approval, Barend *******ly signed a second buyer for the same property. During our 30 day period, our financial approval got blocked due to the second buyer also applying for financial approval. According to the principal Theun Duvenhage, he never knew that a block can happen. Either he is uneducated as an estate agent or he is lying - this is general practice and something estate agents are more than aware of. The fact that they let this seem as nothing is an indication of this estate agency doing **********, skeptical and ********* deeds as a habit.
