Very bad service after car sale

I bought a Mazda cx3 from Dutton Motors Sasolburg. Very helpful and stayed in contact until the time the car was sold. Upon the receiving the car, there were parts missing from the car along with the spare key. All of this was promised to be delivered. It has been almost a month (will be a month in the next three days) and I have still not received anything. They were not honest with me and now I struggle to receive any sort of feedback from them. When following up I do not receive any response. Very disappointed by their customer service!! Wish I read the reviews before purchasing a car from them!
