Bad Service Dutton Motors Sasolburg

As a Business we make use of Dutton Motors for more than 4 years where 2 of our Volkswagen T5 Micro Busses is serviced and Maintained . And Up till now had no Complaints. Don't know if staff or Management changed, but is now areal Mess.

Both our Kombi's is used daily to transport Employees - Monday and Friday transport between Parys and Bronkhorstspruit Tuesday to Thursday commuting between Bronkhorstspruit and Kusile PowerStation Mpumalanga district Our 2016 Model was handed in on 9 Sept 2020 for service and additional request to inspect humming sound when driving in 5th gear. It was also told to the Service team to check what they previously did to our other Kombi because it makes the same noise.

Two weeks later we were informed that they have changed a housing cover on the gearbox because it was faulty causing some bearing to make the noise. But when asked when it will be completed we were inform the sound is not gone and again they were told to look at the other Kombi's job card to see what was done when he made the same noise. Today it is the 07th of October and still no clarification on when we will have our Kombi, and in the meantime our Business is battling to cope with Transport
