Bad customer service! Poor after sales service

I bought a car from Dutton motors a few years ago from the second day that I had the car water started leaking, I complained within the 7day exchange period from there on there was a new problem I got transferd from the one person to another. The manager drop the phone at one point what am I to do now because it's been quite some time since I bought the car from this people
