Bad Customer Service from the workshop man “DANIEL”

I received a nasty attitude from mechanics “DANIEL” In Duttons Motors sasolburg The mechanic doesn’t greet me,he didn’t do checklist with me to check or confirm if the car has dents or not,he just got in my car and drove off to the workshop ,I was a bad customer service I received from him,I even report it to he’s Principal Mr Peters but it didn’t look like he was concern or wanting to solve the problem while I was there
