Bad bad service if any service!

<p>Me and my father took his Volkswagen Polo 2005 model for his 60000km service.Duttons phoned us and said the battery measure low and won't last long. The price of a new battery is R3500so obviously we say to leave the old battery as it is because for us the battery works perfect! So we received the car that afternoon in perfect condition. My father open the bonnet of his car just to check is everything was in order and immediately saw that the cover that protect the whole battery was missing. So the battery wires and the whole battery was exposed. My father phoned Duttons and tell them obout the problem. From the start they said it is not possible or that this specific model does not have a battery cover. We search, Google and saw even in this specific cars owners manual that the car did have a battery cover! Mr Hauptfleish(Duttons Sasolburg dealer manager) said that he is said sure that this specific model does not have a battery cover! Well there's know way that this battery or vechile was manufactured with out this cover! Just the way Duttons handles this problem and spoke to my father is terrible! We know that my father's car is 11 years old with only 60000km on the clock but there was nothing wrong with R3500 that my father pay for the service.!Fact of the matter is that my father is very disappointed with Duttons Sasolburgs service.!</p>
