I need a refund from DUT(RIVERSIDE)

I have a daughter who is a student at DUT(Riverside Campus). Her name is Yasimela Andiswa Mzimela I'd no *** 086 and her student number is ***8. On the 27th of September I paid up R53 000 towards her tuition fee and I canceled the payment plan because I have paid up everything. On the 15th of October they deducted R2 682,60 from my bank account so I sent my daughter to finance department to ask for a refund of R2 682,60 from October and they keep on telling her they are going to send the link for a refund till this day they haven't and student are closing this week on the 20th of Novrmber. Can you please help me get my refund.
