Do not use Dustless Floor Sanding!

We contracted Richard Tinsley last year from Dustless Floor Sanding to sand and varnish our parquet flooring. He started the job but did not completed it . He claims that we messed him around by not coming back to him quick enough on the type of finish we wanted. The vanish he quoted on was different to the sample that he painted for us (inferior quality). He claims to use a high end Loba finish and quotes accordingly but ends up using inferior products. We caught him out on this (after speaking to the sole supplier) and as a result he refused to complete the job. We estimate that he owes us approx R17k for the unfinished work. When I contacted him to finish the job he said "My Attorneys will get Hold of You, This will be the Last Time you Contact me ". Stay away from this ***** -you will lose money.
