Really bad Service
I unfortunately needed to delete my previous good review due to a degradation in service. The cleaners rush through the house and do not clean properly (baths not being cleaned, left the water running in a shower, put products on appliances that they don’t properly wipe off, do not clean under rugs, use dirty mops to clean, when the issue is raised with the staff and management, they either ignore you or give you bad attitude and arrogance . I then cancelled the service giving 6 weeks notice and they immediately changed the service level. Did not show up at the time they were suppose to then said the contract does not indicate a time and they can come anytime. Very poor value system. I would refrain from using this very expensive service as it is a shocking display of what customer service really entails.
My apologies again. I have phoned you and apologized in person. There was a mix-up on our side. We did speak to the cleaners & the manager of the team to provide a better service to you. We did not ignore your emails before. Yes, you did cancel the service, but like I said we thought it was from immediate effect, which obviously I made a mistake. Our team are however doing your cleaning today until the end of August 2023. Again my sincere apologies. We do not want bad reviews & are always trying to do our best to keep our customers happy.
