Duster Dollies is a **** & do not do what you pay them for

According to below the following service would have been provided by Duster Dollies for a deep clean , note also you need to pay in advance. Included in this cleaning: Cleaning of ALL: Windows (Inside & Outside) only reachable by a 3 step ladder, Cupboards (Outside & on-top) Lights (Outside) & Ceiling Fans, Light & Electrical switches, Stove (Inside & Outside), Skirtings, Wall tiles, Dusting (top to bottom), Spot Cleaning of walls, Vacuum Carpets, Clean All Floors (Excl. Grout cleaning, buffing, waxing and sealing), Clean sides and tops of doors, Clean mirrors, glass and chrome, moving of all movable furniture (clean behind & underneath). This was not done in total , not all windows was clean, ceiling fans, mirror and the list go, no furniture was moved on and on ….

Numerous times I needed to ask the staff to do a task , it’s seems they do the minimum and hope no one notice ,

I am not there to check every action of their staff , and if it was not for the manager did not check some task nothing would have happened

I requested this deep clean as we moved in to a new premises that was not properly cleaned, hence all need to be properly cleaned and wash , however this was a wasted of money and time for me and Duster Dollies is a **** and do not provide the services they quoted, do half work and the worst of all is there is no care by your staff , no pride in their work , and their attitude sucks , I do not want people in my life that operated like this and mislead and misrepresent there service .

I am 100% convince if I put in the effort it would have taken me maybe a day or two , but at least I had the money in my pocked , were I now need to redo all and is out of pocket as this was not property done as per the quotation and suppose service you provide

They have wanted my time and money and provided bad services , you will waste your money and need to redo it ,

After my complaint they do offer to come and fixed it , but you now need to provide a list , so more time and money wasted to inspect every inch and this will only make you more aggravated to see how bad their service

This is not worth you time and you will waste your money
