Dusk run gone silent

I have waited 19 days for a package to be delivered to me, fully paid for. Their website says fast delivery. No such thing. They send me screenshots of Aramex courier company which is Ai anyway… and have no stopped responding. I have followed up numerous times and no success. I requested a refund. No answer
