Bad / Threatening Service Reveived

On Monday 21st Dec `15, my wife and son went to Durun Tyre in Boksburg, Rietfontein Road, for the balancing and fitment of my new mags&tyres on my vehicle, as well as 16 new chrome studs I purchased from them. When I got home that night, I noticed that out of all 16 studs only four of them was chrome. I asked my wife and son for the invoice but they informed me that they never received an invoice from him. The next morning my wife and son returned to Durun Tyres where I spoke to the owner/manager over the phone and asked him why he did not give us an invoice/receipt as proof of payment and why he never mentioned the fact that all the studs will not be chrome. I told him that it`s poor service to not inform clients of what they are paying for. I asked him to replace the studs that are not chrome. He then started cursing me from head to toe, threatened me over the phone infront of my wife and son and told me to go Na*** my mother and told my wife and son they better F@*# OFF, without the invoice and replacement studs I asked for. They went to the Police to lay a charge, but were informed they can`t but someone will be sent out. They have had several same complaints about him.
