Bad / Threatening Service Received

Good day,<br> <br> I am not sure if I am at the correct place, but I need to get this message to someone that can assists me.<br> <br> 1. I fitted 2 x new tyres for my vehicle on the 6th September 2015.<br> 2. One of the tyres was 75% unused so I requested the tyre to be placed in my boot.<br> 3. On completion I left and realized that my tyre was not in my boot as requested, so I turned around and went back only to be messes around.<br> - They first gave me 2 different tyres that was not corresponding with the 2 front tyres, completely burst in the one side and run down. They said that that was the tyres I came with. After waiting and standing around for nobody looking for my tyre, I left as I was ignored.<br> 4. Arriving home a realized my valve caps was not put back, so I went back the next day with the same reaction from them. While explaining to the manager onsite, he turned around blowing me off, then said that I should return the weekend where they will replace the caps.<br> 5. On returning the Saturday, the same floor manager threatened me and told me to F...K off as I was getting upset about the fact the once again he waited my time.
