Worst experience ever

I have never seen someone make empty promises. On 13 December 2017 (on email) the house that we sold was registerd. They promised the money would be in on 14 December 2017. Note that we have our own bussines and gatherd stock for the 14/15 Dec 2017. Afternoon of 14/12/2017 we phoned before 3o'clock. They said they promise it is paid in. On the morning of 15 Dec 2017 they said it will only be paid in at 8o'clock. So my mother phoned and spoke to a directer (Belinda) and they said we only spoke to them after 4o'clock. So now the money will only be in on the 16th. After all their promises we have lost all our stock and sitting without a cent. Belinda also said the house was only registerd on the 14th witch shows on the email it was registerd the 13th. Dont know why they have to lie about everything. Now we lost like in everything.
