Very rude and disrespectful towards customers

They do not treat customers with respect both in the manner in which they engage with customers and in adhering to the time frame in which they promise deliverables. Went to get business cards and sticker labels made, both times they had promised they would send us the design proofs but they didn't, only received them when we went back to the store to follow-up. Second time they insisted that they had sent the proofs when we did not receive any email with the proof, even when we showed them they still argued and actually shouted at us saying that they did. All in all would not go back here, would rather pay more for the service and be respected as a customer.
