Pathetic real estate agents - Durr

Imagine you and your partner as found the perfect home. Excited to be first time home buyers. The property has been double booked by 2 agents..thinking that its a different home in the same complex. We view it with Durr estate agent who tells us the owner is not willing to go under 1.05 Mil. Then the other agent offers 1.02. We ask the Durr agent to match the price. His not willing to drop his commission. We then sign with the other eatate agent. We get word that owner is happy with our offer. Then Durr agents intervenes threatening to sue the owner if he signs with the other agent. As the owner is retired..he wants to avoid any complications and rejects the offer. Then the Durr agent insists we sign with him at 1.035mil. As we so badly we want the house we go ahead with him. He tells me we got it..The owner signed. 2 weeks go by the Durr agent ignores our calls..doesnt reply to our msgs. I finally get a call back after calling the branch manager. Tells me he sorry he didnt get back in touch as he was having a sim swop.(even though his phone was ringing). Tells me the owner didnt wana sign.

well "Durr".. owners not gana trust u if u trying to sue them. Called the principle of Durr who defends the agents actions and promises to email me more details of another property which he didn't bother to do. From my customer experience with Durr, its apparent that they will do whats in the best interests and not even show you the common courtesy of keeping you innthe loop. How can you trust someone with your future..if they cant even call you back. Pathetic service
