Useless

<p>In December Mike from Durocool came to fetch my Refrigerator from my house. It wasn't cooling down anymore. He brought it back but wasn't working properly. He came to fetch it again on the 27th. After numerous calls he said he was working on it. On 9th March I called and asked him to bring it back and pay my money back. He responded by saying I can come fetch it and he won't pay my money back. He got payed in December R950 for the job. And the refrigerator is still not working! Now he also wants to send me a bill for the rest of the work! </p>
