Dusgusting Service delivery (or Lack thereof)

********** service delivery. I ordered an international package and it arrived in RSA on the 5th Feb 2019, from there it was stuck till the 15th, i made a call and it was moved to Durmail DBN but when i called post office they said the customs officials didn't show up for work so now i must sit and wait because of that. I went to post office on the 21st to find out whats going on and they said its in post office of my area (Newlands) but when i get there they say its not with them Durmail will deliver today. Here i am today calling to query about it and they say i should call again on Monday. Like seriously? The Durmail phone number doesn't work at all by the way.
