Durmail - Where is my package!!!??????

I am soo frustrated. My package is stuck at Durmail and even though their website takes you to a tracking page, it stops there. It then asks that you click on a link if you are having an problems, that link that's you to a page where you cannot put in the problem you experiencing. They have a number online but it rings then switches off. I have a package that was meant as a birthday gift, it is now late and I have no way to track it. I need help please. A response will be highly appreciated. My Track number is RU ********** 31CN
