Durmail

I have a parcel from China that has been sitting in durmail hub since 2/11/2020 I have tried contacting them by phone and email and don't get any feed back on what is going on the tracking number RV***CN I am sick and tired of this countries **** service that you must pay through your neck for and they can't even deliver a parcel on time
