Dumail Service Pathetic

Service from Durmail is pathetic. My parcel has been delayed at Durmail since 2018/02/16, Tracking no. CP ********** 78KR. Many attempts to contact them telephonicaly or via email was unsuccessful...says a lot for customer service " South African Postal service"
