BACK-UP POWER SYSTEMS

Durium Technologies advertise an inverter/power back up system (called a Durium P 30000) for R 5 100. Payment has to be made electronically. I paid the R 5 100 and was informed delivery would take place the day after payment was received by them. I did not receive the item on Friday 13 January 2023 and then sent them a reminder on Watsapp. I received a reply that the item would be deklivered on Saturday. No delivery was made. I sent a further reminder and was informed the itm would be delivered today (Monday 16 January 2023 before 10.00am), but nothing has been delivered. I then sent another reminder but no response has been forthcoming. My concern in that this is a **** and whilst I have only myself to blame, in this time of power shedding , this firm may be preying on a somewhat desperate public, taking money from and then now delivering the goods.
