Pathetic Customer service

<p>On the 06 July 2016 i took my car to Durch Technik Auto, my vehilce was smoking and fuel comsumption was hig. Tebogo the owner carried out inspection and advised that he has to remove the exhaust system to fit a conversion exhaust system which will sort out my problem and the vehicle will never smoke again. so i give him the go ahead, work was done and he had to re-programme of DPF. a week later the vehicle started smoking, i call him and took the vechicle back to him, he connected the vehicle onto his laptop to re-calibrate, he said the exhaust that he put on was a second hand one and he needs to flash the exhaust system with special chemical, he doesn't have the chemical he has to order it from Germany, he said i must call him in a weeks time to see if the chemical is here, i called 2 weeks later the he said the chemical is on it way, i called again 2weeks later, i heared the same story, this was contuining for about 3 months now, i had to manage with my vehicle, i got tired of callling only to hear that he will call me back. On the 30th January 2017 i went to the workshop, his secretary said he was busy in the office and he will attend to my in an hours time, i waited there for 2 and half hours, she told me that he is still busy with paper work, so i asked her when must i come back, she spoke to him and he said on friday the 3rd of February 2017, so i lefted and returned on the friday and only to be told that he left to see a customer, i waited for and hour and told the secretary call me when his back, this did not happen, i went back today the 10th of February and was told that he his busy with staff and i waited for another half a hour, so i asked the secretary how long must i wait for again, she said she don't know, so i told her if he doesnt see me i will talk this up RMI, she went and told him, he came down tell me that i must go report to whoever and he dont care a **** and that i must leave his premises, which i did,</p>
