Very Very Unhappy Patient - Durbell Palm Grove

I Visited your Branch in Durbanville Palm Grove Centre and was served by Roweida Januarie an assistant in the Dispensary at the Back of the store, she had a huge attitude as well as a very unfriendly tone while doing my repeat prescription mumbling and moaning while helping me, this made me feel very unwelcome in your pharmacy and therefore I have now decided to mov my script to Clicks Pharmacy as I don't feel appreciated as a loyal client whom has been with Durbell for many years. All one wants as a patient is to feel better when leaving the pharmacy but with her I felt even worse and more sick than when I came in . this to me is not on. I asked not to have adco-dol as it affects my stomach ulcer and she insisted on me taking the adco-dol as it would according to her not harm my stomach in any way. I have also received excellent service by a gentleman by the name of Clarence who is from now on going to be the only person that helps me with prescriptions as he seems to be the only one who treats me with empathy and respect as he understands that every patient is unique. and I thank the lord for people like him. Can this issue be addressed as I will be forced to rather take my business elsewhere if I am treated in this way. I am very unhappy and I would like feedback from a regional manager if such a person is available or from a owner, I think the Owner or managers surname is Bloch if I am correct. I will tell all my friends of this experience as I see a lot of the patients that visit your pharmacy, and I am not the only one amongst us that has had a attitude from this person. I also visited your clinic which has the most wonderful sister that helped me with a blood pressure test and I will visit her anytime as she is a peoples person, and kind at hart.
