Shocking attitude by Durbell Ouderhof Pharmacist...

Had the phone put down in my ear by an arrogant pharmacist @ Durbell Ouderhof. Collected prescription yesterday - on the box 28 to follow phoned @ about 1645 22/10/2018 spoke to " GAIL" explained 28 still outstanding on the box, when could I expect delivery of the balance... Was asked what my delivery address was asked her to check on the computer, told me there were 3 (assumed she was referring to addresses) spelt my name R I V E and that I should be the only Rive on their data base... told her that only had 1 pill left questioned why there was only 1 pill, Hello..... prescription was for 30 - 28 to follow 1 taken this morning therefore only 1 left, was told I am being rude and will put the phone down, which is what she did..........amazing.........by the way I have limited hearing and as a result naturally speak louder than the norm.........
