Unsympathetic Durbanville Memorial Park

Im saddend and shocked for the poor level office service and lack of sympathy we have received after the amount of money we WERE FORCED TO PAY Two weeks before my dads funeral which was on the 30th of October '22 we visited the memorial park to ask for permission to bury my dad on a Sunday. While i was talking with Ana De Sousa a lady called Janet Anderson rudely and without greeting interupted by saying they might consider if we take a Estate and not a lawn grave because there will be less interuption and depending whether my dad is a well-known figure. I had to explain who my dad is in the church and date is out of the families hands because the national church board decides. We left not deciding on lawn grave or estate. A week after, Ana e-mailed the application form on which ive stated we will go with the lawn grave (R22k) The next morning (25/10) i recieved a call from Janet Anderson saying there is no way we can have the funeral on the Sunday if we do not buy an estate (R85k). I tried to explained to her but we never agreed that day that we will buy an estate and we cannot afford that amount right now. She insisted and said well then they cant help us. I texted Ana right after because i was in so much shock, i told Ana im in shock because of the way Janet just spoke with me, i could not believe her rudeness and i had to calm her down. Because we had such little time we had no choice but to go with the estate. I told Ana i need to bring my mom the next morning to choose the plot nrumber. She very weirdly responded saying we already chose a number!!!! I responded by saying we never did such thing! I took my mom the next morning and while walking into the office, Janet Anderson was at the front desk and she looked at us without greeting. I spoke to the funeral company owner and he said she has no regard for people of color. When meeting with Ana to choose plot number, i said i still cannot believe the way Janet has being treating us and then her responds was Janet is here for a very long time. I ended that conversation by saying i cannot believe you are making excuses for that kind of behavior. Ana then advised the the (R91k) (because we had to pay (3k extra for an hour) must reflect in their account the Friday. I then got an e-mail the Thursday morning stating that they want the money in the account early Thursday morning. Which i had to make happen. When we visited the estate yestaerday (13Novem) two weeks after the burial and NO LAWN AND EARTH MOUNDS WITH ACCESS SOIL STILL ON THE GRAVE. Ive emailed them today (14 Novemb) only to find that Janet Anderson has shared incorrect terms and conditions with me. She shared this will be done after five days of interment. Their new t&c states that lawn will be laid according the new seasonal requirements. IT IS STILL UNEXCEPTABLE THAT AFTER BEING FORCED TO BUY AN ESTATE AND PUT UNDER PRESSURE TO PAY WITH NO REMORSE, THAT AFTER TWO WEEKS WE FIND THE GRAVE IN THAT CONDITION.
