Unprofessional service

They couldn't be bothered to actually show up for a appointment or have the decency to reschedule the meeting. A week later after a appointment was arranged and I'm still waiting for them.

They don't have a out of office reply on their emails so your query goes unanswered when they are not in the office.

Just plain Unprofessional service and they obviously don't need the work - Some other company can benefit from my business.
