Unprofessional and ****mer tendencies behaviour.

I have used this company to apply for US Visa last year December. Due to some issues, I cancelled the trip and I had to cancel visa application before submitted. I asked what the refund percentage is? as I acknowledge that there was work done on their side, so I cannot have a full refund. This guy ignored my messages, never responded, until recently when he said he is in CT, he will check the papers when is at the office.

I asked after a week, that I am waiting for his response, and he ignored my message. He is running his business like a ****mer, or he is a real ****mer. I did not sign any binding documents or anything regarding to keep the full amount when application not even submitted. I paid the amount of R4700. Why is he not responding when I am enquiring about refund percentage. This business is so unprofessional and if you planning to use in future, just know that once they have your money, they don't care anymore.
