Refund issue

If I could rate this institution a Zero I would but that not possible. This service is disgustingly low, no one returns emails nor calls. How am I not getting my refund when I have all the proof sent. I’ve called and called no one is giving me the right answer . The finance department is full of students doing internship who have disgusting attitude and are lost and don’t know what they are doing. It been 6 months I haven’t received my refund. Yet I filled in number of refund applications. I’m saddened by this institution of refusing to send me money due to me and further steps are being taken, as this is the only way I can get back my money.
