Refund issue

I paid registration fee for my son in February but the system didn't allow him to register, he ended up admitted on another institution. I requested the refund on the University, I was told to submit documents. I submitted all the documents that were required but still today I have not been refunded. They don't answer calls nor respond on emails.

The registration fee is R4400. 00 and I really need this money for urgently.

Can you kindly assist me on this matter.
