MANAGER BACKS STAFFS BAD ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMER

I have never been this angered by a manager of any sort. DUT TROMSO has never dissapointed like this before. This manager decides to lash out on me for her lady staff bad attitude. I order a burger special(2 burgers) and I wait at the tables to have my order called out. 15 minutes later the lady calls for another order. 10 minutes after that I walk up to the lady and ask her if they are working on my burger special. She storms at me out of no where and says its not her responsibility to keep checking on the order and where was I when she called out the Wors Roll order. I explain to her that I have been waiting and she didn't call out my order so I couldn't have thought she was possibly talking to me. She says well keep waiting. I lost my patience and my appetite with it. Now the manager comes with her story saying if every student here at DUT was dissatisfied with how the food is or the service, what kind of business would she be running chasing after this and that. Than she says Im sorry for her and then insists that the herself will not apologise for ruining my day.
