Inconsistency

Title: No response to my course enquiry after sending my documents

About a month ago I emailed Durban University of Technology to enquire about Somatology. Weeks later, they asked me to send my academic report, and I did so on 9 September 2026. Since then I have received no response, no confirmation that my documents were received, and no update on my enquiry.

I have followed up by email with no reply. I am a prospective student and this lack of communication is making it impossible to plan my studies.

I would like someone to confirm receipt of my academic report and tell me the status of my enquiry.
