Excellent Service

I am extremely happy with Nomthandazo Hadebe from the Finance department. I took time to visit the University to get balance statements so that I can be able to continue register for my post grad, I was so devastated when the security guard denied me access stating that I need proof of vaccination to go through. I respected their job and turned back, Busisiwe Mqadi another selfless human being in the Drama department provided me with contact details of the finance department. I was very skeptical to call or send emails cause I know how people don’t respond to emails, I sent an Email to Ms Nokwazi Makhanya on Sunday and on Monday morning the lady responded referred my email to the right people and that’s when I started communicating with Nomthandazo Hadebe who treated me like I'm the only student seeking help in whole university. She responds same time to emails, does follow ups she even picks up the phone and called me to request more documents . If I send her an email 10min Is too much without a response from her, I am extremely happy with her service I just pray the University treats her the same way she treats us cause I am sure I am not that special but she just love her job and does wholeheartedly. Thank you so much Nomthandazo Hadebe you deserve love and appreciation also thank you Busisiwe Mqadi, Nokwazi Makhanya, Bawinile Mngadi not to forget Claire Craighead who was so helpful during the whole application process you all are amazing.
