DUT se ****ss

I have to commend Dut on their outstanding determination and ability to hire the most useless individuals on this planet and give them all the job of running their admin and call directory. I have called everybody that works in the finance department (close to 10 people) as well as whatever departments i could find to hopefully get directed to the finance department and literally not a single person has picked up the phone. I cant understand how DUT manages to hire people that lack the brain power to do something as simple as answer a damn phone. I desperately need to get a hold of them regarding a pressing matter of allocation of funds for the year (something that they messed up) and now I cant get a hold of anyone. No wonder that university is falling apart.
