DUT photography department lazy staff!!

Hi,

In March 2018 I emailed DUT to enquire about how to go about requesting my graduation photos, they sent me a form and asked me to pick which photos I like out of 5. I then selectEd my 3 photos and made the payment of R450. On 22 March 2018 I sent the form with the proof of payment to ********** A month later I called but the phone is never picked up, I emailed and got a response that I would be notified once my pictures are printed. 3 June I followed up and my email was never rep**** to. I don't know what to do.
