I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my experience regarding an application for fashion design. A student was called for an entry test and interview, which were accommodated on the same day due to travel constraints. Despite attending both, the application was declined citing non-attendance – a clear error on the university's part. We have evidence of attendance.

The lack of follow-up on calls, emails, and non-updated systems has made this process unnecessarily stressful.
