Horrible Experience

I have sent my television for repairs and the parts were not available, called to check on the Tv and all I ever get is just bad response. I had misplaced my Job ticket but they are not helpful at all, I get promised to be contacted but I never get the call back and when I call nobody is willing to assist me.
