Worst holiday ever

I resided at durban spa from the 23.08.24 to the 26.08.24 .... The entire room was infested with ****roaches The staff was completely rude and the housekeeping was not welcoming at all Everything that I needed was about money And it was never like that .... Terrible experience When I took it up with easy holidays they informed me the agent who was handling my case left work .and durban spa would get into contact with me to reimburse me ...I haven't received anything till now Pathetic so live in a place where ****roaches are walking on the headboard etc It was my first time with easy holiday and it was a terrible experience I actually left a day early No one contacted me till now Such poor service Unhygienic
