WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Had the worst experience in the Jacuzzi and showers of the Spa. Booked the Jacuzzi at 7, soon as the jets in the jacuzzi was activated, the water being pumped into the jacuzzi smelt like sewer water. Exited the jacuzzi, ran to the shower and the water coming out of the shower smelt like raw fish ! Was the MOST disgusting experience myself and family has ever experienced!
