Durban Spa- simply refreshing

What a refreshing home away from home hotel Durban Spa is. The hotel is simply just great from the warm and welcoming reception at the front desk to the heated pool (that my son and I spent hour in) and the Jacuzzi for a relaxing evening. Not to mention that is central, close to the beach, shops and beautiful views of the Durban Beach Front. Nomthi (at the reception), if I recall the name correctly, you are a breath of fresh air. So friendly, so warm and exceptionally professional. I even received my refund before the 14 days I was told. Thank you for a wonderful stay and beautiful memories for my family. We will definitely visit again.
