Durban Spa Hotel

I booked in on Heritage day for the weekend and they asked me to pay a further R500 for breakage not telling me about checking out times.. Anyways I checked out at 11am because I was trying to further my stay.. Today I called after 2weeks not receiving my R500 as they promised.. And they now tell me I forfeited my R500 for checking out late!! Firstly no contact from them and 2ndly they wanna rob me off my R500 I wasn't aware of!! The bedding was dirty with cut nails and hair in but we cleaned it up ourselves.. Totally disgusted with the lady that called me this morning to tell me and with her filthy attitude and refuses to refund me
