Durban spa cancelation

Good day hellopeter team, we are 5 ladies and have booked for September at Durban spa and paid. The problem is that we can't go to Durban at this time because of Covid-19 we've send them email so that we can be refunded but they refuse to refund us they even refuse to prospone the date. Please help us
