Durban Spa Bad Service and Maintenance

Stayed at Durban Spa for a week and it was bad, their standards have dropped so much you dont enjoy anything about it. The service was bad and the maintenance crew did not know how to do their jobs properly. The place needs a serious revamp or i will think twice before booking there again! The staff and maintenance crews need a shake up or risk loosing a lot of business. The bathrooms are old and dirty, the taps and stuff are all old fashioned . The kitchens units are old fashioned. The swimming pool is not hot and it is also dirty. The games room had no lights a few nights and when the lights did come back they switch it off at 10pm. It was a terrible and stay and if i could i would rate it at minus 10!!!
