Disappointed

Such a disappointing experience. I booked for a spa manicure and my friend for a spa pedicure with gel. Her gel peeled off a few hours after the treatment. My mani was done by Nombuso. She took around 1,5hrs to complete it, did not ask which shape or length I'd like, got up about 5 times to go out the room and swore when she bumped one of my nails. She app**** the polish very thick including all over my cuticles and did not use a lamp to dry them. My friend and I were both very disappointed with this experience and even though we still have vouchers left we will not be back or recommend this spa in future.
