Bad service

Hi i visited Durban spa last year October and had a really bad experience. On my departure i filled in a complaint and left it at the front desk. 3weeks went by i did not hear from them. I then called tge manager and was given some sad excuses. She said they will look into it and come back to me. In January this year i send and email with the same issues still no replies. Really bad services from a hotel
