Very disappointed
I am so disappointed in the level of service from a supervisor. I went early this morning to go and purchase Pantene shampoo and Conditioner as it was on special, bot for R100. I went to the department and there was a cardboard under the Pantene showing the same special. I then proceeded to the cashier to pay. The cashier scanned the Pantene and then ask me if the Pantene is on special of which I rep**** yes it is and I told her that the cardboard also shows in on special in the department. She went to grab the cardboard and then called her supervisor by the name of Ntokozo to check on this special. Firstly as a person in a superior role it is your job to first greet the customer. She did not greet me she didn't even explain anything she just took the products and walked away. I then asked the cashier how long this will take as I need to go and open my store to which she says I don't know. She then asked Ntokozo how long will it it take and Ntokozo didn't say anything.. She asked again to which Ntokozo said 10 minutes and proceeded to walk away. By this time I was agitated, so I said I need to go and open my store I can't wait that long. A different cashier who was on the right side tills was so apologetic. She even tried to find Ntokozo to see how long she will take. I ended up saying I had to leave as I was rushing to open my store. But I'm just disappointed in the supervisor and her approach in handling the situation
