Worn break pads and discs within 6 months

Durban south have a very bad service their people have bad attitude. I bought a brand new car 6 months later break pads and disc are worn off upon approaching them to further investigate n get some assistance they pushed back and showed no interest I have to pay R7000 from my own pocket to resolve this issue. The car it’s an Urban Cruiser 2021
