Selling Second Hand Vehicle as New/Demo

Disappointing service from Salesman. I was looking for and Ethios Cross, and since he knew it was in great demand, He told me that he had a demo in stock. I was keen on this vehicle but told him I will come back the next day. I did some Car searches and found and Ethios Cross from a private seller. After talking to him, he indicated that I was a bit late, because this Dealership has already secured the deal with him. The next day, I went back to the dealership to check on the vehicle and I was surprised to see it was the same vehicle which they bought from a private customer. How can this be a Demo Vehicle? They were selling me a Second Hand Car as New. Be Aware of this **** by Dealerships like Durban South Toyota.
