PEDAL BENT

We had been servicing our Hillux to Durban south Toyota in Prospecton , on the 15th of dec they told us there was Pedal bent that needs to be changed , I asked them what causes that they said its un usual to have that problem but they are not sure , we brought the car back to them because the brakes were very bad , Yes we did change the linings since we suspected that they might be damaged , still problem for the bakes was there , we brought it back on the 27th , still experience the same problem with the brakes , we brought it back on the 3 of Jan and they said we have to change the brake Caliper kit , yesterday my husband went underneath and someone inside , they had noticed that there was a bracket that was not tighten next to the Bent pedal , Durban south never say anything about that , I did called Ntabiseng and she told me its not their fault because we change parts ourselves , when we changed linings we did not touch the pedals of which its now our fault and it was the first time we did something , they are not even willing to see what our findings are she told me we will pay if we bring it , please assist urgently for our safety
