Pathetic customer service.

I was looking to buy a new vehicle and dealt with 2 sales executives at Durban South. They were unbelievably useless. I had to make numerous calls to get quotes and the sales execs just couldn't care. I am still awaiting feedback!!!! This level of service is pathetic and i would steer clear from dealing with this branch.
